Otto Dix und die SchweizOtto Dix (1891 1969) gilt als einer der bedeutendsten deutschen Knstler des 20. Jahrhunderts. Wegen seines engagierten Realismus von den Nationalsozialisten verfemt, verlor er 1933 seine Professur an der Kunstakademie Dresden, seine Werke galten als 'entartete Kunst' und durften nicht mehr ausgestellt werden. Dix zog sich an den Bodensee in die Nhe der Schweizer Grenze zurck und schuf zwischen 1934 und 1945 vorwiegend Landschaftsbilder, welche als
