Cabernet Sauvignon IGT Bio Le Anfore 2020 Marcel ZanolariGeschmacksrichtung: Wrzig, krftig, trocken und aromatisch. Merkmale: Feiner, eleganter, edler Wein. Nach einer Reifung bis ca. 90 Oe. werden die ganzen Trauben in die Amphoren eingemaischt. Somit gren die Trauben und der Saft zusammen. Danach erfolgt die Trennung von der Maische. Die Reifezeit an der Hefe dauert mindestens noch 3 Monate. Danach bleibt der Wein noch weitere 12 Monate ausschliesslich in den Amphoren, womit er sich auch seinen Namen

The pump got clogged up pretty quickly. Had to hit the pump hard, which caused too much soap to come out, too fast, at unpredictable angles. Also, the "stainless steel" surface stains very easily and once it stains, it seems impossible to clean it adequately. Going to replace it.
