Ein besonderes Augenmerk lag schon immer auf den Trebbiano bzw. Turbiana Reben von Lugana. AUSBAU: Es erfolgt die Fermentation bei kontrollierten Temperaturen von 18C auf Edelstahltanks. Vor der Vermarktung wird der Wein nach einigen Wochen auf Edelstahltanks gelagert, bevor er frisch auf Flaschen gefllt wird.
