Installation requires removal of the upper ball joint stud nut. Break the taper free between the stud and sleeve, determine the change needed and replace the existing sleeve with the correct one. While the photo suggests that this mat is enormous, it is a pretty good size at 30 x 20 inches. The chenille is very soft and feels nice on your feet. There is a rubber backing that prevents slippage on smooth bathroom floors. Overall there is nothing terribly noteworthy about this bathmat - it's a nice, high quality mat at a very good price.
