The ribbon is stain and fray resistant, designed to last a lifetime. All collar and lead hardware is cast, not welded brass for extra strength, and Coast Guard approved for high weight hold. Machine wash cold, air dry. XS, S, and M collars are available as 5 8" wide. S, M, L, XL, and XXL are available as 1" wide. XS 6" to 12" S 9"

I love the Talalay latex for the quality, and that there is no smell. However, it is too high for my neck. I wish the company would make it in a 3" version, instead of just 5.5". They do have a "slim" version, but it is not even the same kind of pillow. It measures 2.5" and the back side is completely flat, so you can not turn it in over for use. The company basically took this 5.5" version and cut it in half for the slim.
