BMF Heel Adjustment Bolt AssemblyThis 3rd generation bolt assembly includes a custom bolt, lock washer, rack, and e clip that allows the Heel Bracket to be adjusted to your boot size. This bolt should be very firmly hand tight to reduce chance of loosening during skiing (10 N m or 7. 4 ft lbs). Works with BMF R and BMF 3. The e clip is not required for proper function, but keeps the bolt from fully un threading when adjusting the binding to different boot sizes. Sold as each.

I have ordered other medline scrubs from other sellers and these particular pants are by far the best fit and the best feel. The quality of this fabric is not only extremely comfortable, but also makes the pants fall/fit differently around the hips and waistline. By far the best medline scrubs I have ever bought. Now I'm trying to find the exact match for the tops. For others looking to buy medline scrubs: I have a very athletic body type, so hospital grade scrubs fit me best, and that's why I choose medline. Others such as grey's anatomy and the like tend to be too snug around my hips and thighs and look unprofessional. So keep that in mind if you're not the athletic body type or if hospital surgical scrubs don't fit your style
