I bought this for a watch. When it broke about 2 months in they told me to contact the Timex seller and ask them to help. I feel like it should have been a pretty simple "look at my broken watch." "oh, sorry about that but you bought insurance so here's your money" but it was not that. In the end I just bought a new watch because they made it too difficult to get help.
