Barbacan JazpemiJazpemi is a single vineyard in the town of Valgella in Valtellina. Got it?! The vineyard was planted in the 1930s on steep slopes at altitudes between 490 to 560m. It was fermented on skins for 4 months in concrete and stainless steel, then put to rest in large format oak for a year, followed by another 9 months in concrete to bring it all together. A lovely aromatic and structured expression of the variety and the region.

The bottles are well made and cute. There is plenty of glitter in them for whatever you need. HOWEVER- the glitter does not stick to your clothing or skin very well. I recommend some form of base to allow it to stick to you better. I applied lotion to my arms and neck, and that seemed to do the trick.

I enjoyed this glitter when I first applied it, but it falls off even if you use lotion or something to stick it to your face. It would be great to use as pixi dust, but not for facial glitter. There is no scent to it, which I am happy about because I did not want scent.
