The outer layers of the gasket are embossed and coated on both sides with a Viton rubber material designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions and surface finishes. For a couple of hours, this was the best toy ever! And yet, even though I carefully supervised my dog while she played with this ball, she still managed to break it within twenty-four hours.
