Bought two of these 14 months ago: 1) Makes a great cup, hot, very tasty; I work in the coffee industry, this is a great mini version of a proper espresso machine 2) It's miniature, especially great for small kitchens. Stainless steel, very easy to use and clean 3) The milk steamer is average, almost a gimmick If what you care is the classic black coffee with milk this is a great option, definitely good value

The coffee is pretty consistent and solid, a pretty good value for what it is. My main issue is that it leaks water now randomly after about a year of use, which ultimately warped the coffee station it sat on. I know some bigger brands that begin leaking after time as well.
